The lane to the parish house may be too muddy,
if so, announcements as to the final location

we will plan to meet at the parish house weather

am—3:00 pm in the Fireside Room. Make a
difference in someone’s life. It’s as
simple as tying a knot His Plans – Our
Hands Nearly $153,000 has been raised so
far. $2,319.50 of match money remains.
We’re 80 percent of the way toward reaching our
goal. Please prayerfully consider giving
to this investment in the future of our
ministries. Blankets—Winter is still
here and the word “brrrr” comes to mind. This is
a good time to appreciate Lutheran World
Relief’s need for blankets. Clean twin blankets
and larger are needed. Collection boxes
are located in the narthex, lower level and near
the church office. Church Directory—We
would like to prepare a pictorial church
directory this year. In order to accomplish
this, a volunteer is needed to lead the project.
This will required a significant investment of
time on the volunteer’s part to assist in
choosing a company to produce the directory,
working with the company to select the format
and style of the directory and recruiting and
working with other volunteers to set up
appointments for members to have their pictures
taken. If you are willing to lead this
worthwhile project, please contact Gary Stair,
Parish Administrator at 749.5816. You
are welcome to join St. Peter’s travelers—on a
bus trip to Holland, Michigan on May 5, 2010.
We will meet at 7:00 am in the parking lot at
St. Peter’s and travel to Holland by motorcoach.
Once there, we will have a step-on guide share
the history of Holland during a two-hour driving
tour which will be followed by lunch. After
lunch we will be seated in bleacher seats for
the traditional street scrubbing and
Volksparade. Then you get a choice—a visit
to Windmill Island to see the flowers and
windmill which will take a bit of walking; or
for those who would prefer less walking you can
make a stop at the Marktplaatz with Dutch
breads, crafts, gifts, and wooden shoes and also
visit a quilt show. You can make your
choices known on the registration/payment forms
located in the narthex and hallway table near
the church offices. Please sign up by
March 24 and call Ron or Gale Fiebig
483-7474 with any questions. Payment for
this all-inclusive day will be $63.00. We
will send you a “bill” once we fill the bus.
Ritual of Friendship—completing the Ritual
of Friendship pad during every worship service
is of great help to us in serving you and your
family. Please make sure that you list
everyone’s name who is in attendance. On several

the family is greatly appreciated. God’s
