CCHC: A Part for You
A Smile Can Change Someone's Day
When people walk through the doors of a healthcare clinic, they often carry more than a medical concern. They may be anxious, overwhelmed, or simply hoping someone will treat them with kindness. That's where the people of St. Peter's have an incredible opportunity to make a lasting difference.
As we prepare to partner with Christian Community Healthcare (CCHC), we're looking for volunteers who have a heart for welcoming others. Whether serving as a receptionist, offering hospitality in the waiting area, or providing spiritual encouragement and prayer, every role helps create an atmosphere where guests experience the compassion of Christ.
You don't need a medical background to serve. CCHC will provide the training you need. What matters most is a friendly smile, a listening ear, and a willingness to help others feel seen, valued, and cared for. Those simple acts of kindness often open the door to conversations of hope and remind people they are not walking through life's challenges alone.
This partnership gives St. Peter's a unique opportunity to extend our ministry beyond Sunday mornings and into the lives of our neighbors throughout Fort Wayne. Together, we can offer more than excellent hospitality, we can reflect the welcoming love of Jesus to every person who walks through our doors.
We invite you to watch the video from Pastor Nate and Austin Bradtmueller and prayerfully consider how God might use your gifts in this exciting new ministry. Learn more at our upcoming Townhall about the CCHC during the Bible Study hour at 9:15 am, Sunday July 19th, and discover where your heart for hospitality can become a ministry of hope.
