Be Adopted!
Heading off to college or starting a new semester is an incredibly exciting milestone, but we also know that university life brings its own set of unique challenges, busy schedules, and moments where you might miss the comforts of home. No matter where your classes take you this year — whether you are staying local, moving a few hours away, or moving across the country — your church family wants to ensure you never feel
disconnected from your community here.
Joining the program takes less than two minutes. Please fill out our short digital signup form by August 2nd.
The form asks for basic details like your school mailing address, school email, favorite snacks, birthdate, and specific prayer requests so we can make the best possible match for you.
[Click Here to Access the Sign-Up Form]
We are incredibly proud of you and cannot wait to cheer you on through this next phase of your journey. Even if you have already been a part of this program, please sign up again so that we can continue to support you. If you have any questions about the matches or schedule, please reach out to Naomi Woehnker at nomerw@frontier.com or (260) 415-7842.

CCHC: Christian Community Health Care
Christian Community Health Care, Inc. exists to offer the truth, love and compassion of Jesus to those in need in our community through the provision of primary and urgent healthcare by qualified, licensed medical professionals.
They began in 1996 as a medical outreach ministry to rural northeast Allen County, Indiana, and have now grown to serve patients throughout northeast Indiana, northwest Ohio, and soon at St. Peter's!
St. Peter's is preparing to host an incredible outreach opportunity to the community of Fort Wayne. This is unlike anything we've ever done before, but we have been planning with Austin Bradtmueller, CEO of CCHC, and with your help will bring the love of Jesus through much needed healthcare.
CCHC fully funds itself, but as a good host does, we want to provide a personal and welcoming space for guests. This is where you come in.
If you can see yourself serving in this mission, talk to Pastor Nate, call the church office, or log into Realm Connect and sign up via the Serve Tab.

New Altar Flower Dates & Publication Sponsorships
If you'd like to provide flowers for the altar or chancel area for the dates listed below, please call or email Carol Nahrwold or the church office can get you connected to her.
- August 29-31
- October 3-4
If you would like to sponsor the Large Print Portals of Prayer or the Hopeful Living for the 3rd Quarter, please call the church office to share those details or get questions answered.

Meal Train
When someone in our congregation struggles, it's hard to know what to do or how to help. Providing a meal for someone can be such a boost for morale or even necessary when mobility is an issue. This is an actionable step you can do to take to care for our St. Peter's family. Contact member, Emily Weible or the Church Office. We'll help get you connected to receive a notification for when meals are needed. You can go through the same route if you or someone you know within the St. Peter's family is in need of meals for a short time.

Senior Saints Planning Committee
We have an incredible group of people who put together a phenomenal array of speakers, entertainment, and field trips every year. They are such a fun group which meets occasionally to plan future events, menu, and decorations. They're looking for some new people to join their team.
If you're interested, join the Senior Saints Planning Committee through
Realm under the SERVING tab opportunities. While you're there, update your serving profile with your skills and interestes, the days you can serve, or the dates you are unavailable. It's a great way to help your church know how and when you'd like to offer your time and talents. Don't want to use Realm? No problem! Give the Church Office a call instead. We'll get you connected to the right person.

Online Greeters Needed
We're looking to expand our list of online greeters who serve during our 10:30 livestream worship services on YouTube. It's a really cool way to connect and welcome people worshiping with us online. If you'd like to know more about this unique opportunity to serve the church, reach out to Art Wenzel or contact the church office. We'd be happy to get you connected to Art.

Sanctuary Care Crew
We have several incredible teams of members that rotate different jobs throughout each month to keep our Sanctuary and the surrounding area clean and ready for worship in our most sacred space. Recently, one of our teams had to step down from running the floor machine, dry mop, and dusting. If you're interested in being part of this amazing set of people who care for God's house behind the scenes, fill out the form through the button below and our coordinators Devon & Alicia Weaver will reach out to you.
