Missionary James Sharp at St. Peter's on January 18th

The highlight of our January Mission Month will be a visit from Rev. James Sharp on Sunday, January 18.

Pastor Sharp and Angie are now serving in Puerto Rico, and we are anxious to hear how his mission work has changed after many years in Uruguay. Though he will not be preaching during the services, plans are for Pastor Sharp to present his updates and answer questions in the Cornerstone Room during the Bible Study Hour between services, approximately 9:15 to 10:15 AM. He often tells us that St. Peter’s holds a special place in his heart, and no doubt he will be filling us in on his four children being home with them in Puerto Rico at Christmas.

It’s not too late to send Christmas greetings to the Sharps. Make it an Epiphany card or note! It only takes a regular stamp to reach them in a timely manner. They love to hear your words of encouragement anytime throughout the year. You can find their address in the Realm app if you are a member, or you can call the church office.

Many thanks to our members who support the work of Pastor and Angie Sharp. This is our part in helping to bring Christ to the people of Puerto Rico. Our January special monthly offering envelope is one opportunity to show that you desire all people to know their Savior.

Don’t miss this opportunity to be informed about mission work in Puerto Rico on the third Sunday this January!
