From Your Board of Directors
Hello St. Peter's!
Your Board of Directors was entertained and enlightened by Dr. Kurt Senske this past Thursday. We are reading his book The CEO and the Board. His discussion (and book) has better equipped your BOD to more fully grasp the fundamentals of Policy Based Governance to better serve our church and the relationship between a Board and a Senior Pastor.
- Your Board is excited to see and hear of the progress of the Listening Sessions and membership surveys that focus on the Strategic Plan.
- Our April meeting will be a time to prepare for the Spring Voters' meeting (budget, elections, and staff reports) and focus on how we can better serve our members.
- The Board continues to be impressed with the leadership that Pastor Eggold brings to St. Peter's. Praise be to God!
