2026 Spring Voters Meeting
The 2026 Spring voter’s meeting will be held on Sunday, May 17th in the Sanctuary immediately following the 10:30 worship service.
The agenda and supporting documents have been emailed out to all congregation members with an email address on file, Friday, May 1st. If you did not receive this email, please call the church office in case records need to be updated. Limited printed copies have already been made available for pickup in the Ministry Center due to the large amount of paper used in printing.
A letter from Pastor Danny about the Spring Voters Meeting
Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
As we continue through this joyful Easter season and look ahead to the closing weeks of the school year, there is much for which we give thanks and much before us as a congregation.
We will hold our Spring Voters’ Meeting on Sunday, May 17, right after the 10:30 worship service. The voters’ packet has already been sent out, so please take some time to look it over before the meeting.
This year, the meeting will be a bit different. Instead of hearing verbal reports from each ministry leader, we will recognize the written reports included in the packet. You can still ask questions about these reports during the meeting.
We will vote on several items, including electing new Board of Directors members, considering the endowment committee’s recommendation for using earnings, reviewing two proposed bylaw changes, and extending a call to Dianna Bultemeier.
We will also present the 2026–2027 Budget and Strategic Plan for your review. Please note that these have already been approved by the Board of Directors and do not require a vote.
If you have questions about the budget, please join us for a Town Hall on Sunday, May 10, at noon in the Cornerstone Room.
