G.E.M.

The purpose of this team, created with two staff from the church, two from the day school & two from the preschool, is to strengthen workplace culture by giving opportunities for our staff to live out our core values together. The GEM Team will focus on engagement, encouragement, and celebrating one another so we can create a positive, supportive environment that ultimately strengthens our ministry.

At our All-Staff meeting this past week, each staff person was randomly assigned a prayer partner within another area of ministry. These partners will touch base and pray for each other throughout the year. The GEM Team is looking forward to meeting again to plan other ways to encourage and celebrate the wonderful work our staff does for St. Peter's.
