NEW Bible Study Details HOPE Sessions

Why Bible Study Matters and Why You Should Join one this Fall

Why is Bible study so important? As Lutherans, we believe that the Bible is not just another book; it is the inspired, inerrant, and living Word of God. Through it, God speaks to us today, offering us His promises, shaping our faith, and guiding our lives. Scripture is how we come to know Jesus more deeply and how our faith is strengthened for daily life.

In Bible study, we grow in our understanding of both God’s Law, which shows us our need for a Savior, and His Gospel, which assures us of His grace in Christ. It’s where the Holy Spirit works to nourish our souls, deepen our trust in God, and equip us to live as His people in the world.

And it’s not just personal...it’s communal. Studying God’s Word together builds up the Body of Christ. We encourage, challenge, and support one another in faith.

This September, our congregation begins a new season of Bible studies on a variety of topics at multiple times, and you’re invited.

  • Need a study that FEEDS you and takes care of each person in your family (young or old?) the HOPE Sessions Tuesday nights are for you with dinner and classes for all ages and includes our Middle School Youth and two classes for our elementary and youngest groups.

  • Interested in something during the day? We have a study specifically for women, men, and the lunch time crowd.

  • Can't fit anything else in your regular week? Sunday morning in between our worship services is your go-to. Get your cup filled with worship AND study.

  • Twice a month we have a youth group for our High School students and on Second Sundays our Young Adults gather as well.

Whether you’re new to Bible study or have attended for years, there is always more to discover in God’s Word.

Let’s open our Bibles, and our hearts, together.
