Inspiring Leaders through Engagement and Development

Over the past several weeks, members of our congregation have been participating in an exciting Fort Wayne wide initiative known as iLEAD (Inspiring Leaders through Engagement and Development).

Launched in 2023, iLEAD is designed to build a leadership pipeline for churches across our community by equipping participants with the tools needed to lead effectively within a church setting.

This year, seven members of St. Peter’s took part in the program. They benefited from hearing a variety of speakers from around Fort Wayne and participated in small group sessions alongside all of the pastors here at St. Peter’s. Our prayer is that each of these individuals will continue to grow as leaders and, empowered by the Holy Spirit, help further the ministry of our church.

If you have questions about iLEAD, feel free to speak with one of our pastors or a member of this year’s iLEAD class, I'm sure they would be happy to tell you more about the program.
