We made it, folks! The moment we’ve all been waiting for is finally HERE. That crispy, golden, freshly fried fish and chicken we’ve been teasing? Yeah… it’s happening. Days away. Let’s GO!
Still haven’t grabbed your tickets? This is your sign. Don’t wait—lock them in TODAY! Swing by the office with cash or check, or snag them online in just seconds. Feeling spontaneous and want to buy your ticket the day of? Totally fine! Just remember: day-of sales are CASH ONLY.
Got questions? We’ve got answers. Our FAQ below covers everything volunteers and hungry guests need to know. Plus, we’ll have an awesome crew onsite ready to point you in the right direction, though honestly, just follow that delicious aroma and you can’t miss us.

Volunteer FAQ
If you signed up to bring a dessert:
- Bring your dish to the Cornerstone Room kitchen Thursday (11/20) or Friday before noon (11/21).
- Make sure it doesn't need to be refrigerated. (We need that space for our sides)
- If it's possible to have your dish come in a disposable container that would be so appreciated. But if not, please clearly label your dish with your name and contact information and plan to take it home with you Friday following the event. Food service ends at 7 pm.
If you signed up to bring a side:
- If you're donating baked beans in a can (not hot) please bring Thursday (11/20).
- Otherwise, the BEST time to bring this is sometime between noon - 3:30 pm on Friday, but if you need to bring it sooner please make sure it's labeled and put in one of the refrigerators in the Cornerstone Room kitchen.
- If it's possible to have your dish come in a disposable container that would be so appreciated. But if not, please clearly label your dish with your name and contact information and plan to take it home with you Friday following the event. Food service ends at 7 pm.
If you signed up to bread fish & chicken:
- Breading is from 1-2:30 pm Friday (11/21) in the Cornerstone Room Kitchen
If you signed up to set up & serve or serve & clean up:
- Set up & serve shift is from 4-6 pm
- Serve & clean up shift is from 6-8 pm

Where do I come in?
- Enter at Door 1 or 2
- Dine in will eat in the gym.
- Carry out will have signs on where to go and what to do.
Do I have to have a physical ticket?
- Nope, we'll have a list with names on it. Stop by the Early Bird "ticket" holder table and we'll check your name off.
Is it chicken, fish or both?
- It's both! Come enjoy either one or take a little of each.
Do I have to buy a ticket for kids under 5?
- Nope, kids 5 and under eat FREE when you dine-in with us. Not eligible for carry out orders.
Can I pay with cash or check?
- All online ordering uses credit/debit or ACH payments, but YES, you can also come to the Church Office during our normal office hours and pay with cash or check. Our office hours are 9 am - 4 pm Monday thru Friday.
- There is a fee we pay to accept credit cards. If you'd like to help us maximize your support to our Youth by adding $1 to your order, that will cover most of it. Thank you!

How many tickets can I buy?
- You can purchase however many you'd like. Be sure to add a new named registrant for each ticket you plan to purchace (Except for our friends who are 5 years old and under. Just bring them along).
Do I have to be a member to order tickets?
- No, we'd love everyone to join us!
Are there refunds?
- No.
If I order too many tickets, can I use the extras as a carry out order?
- Yes!
Do my kids age 13-17 have to buy an adult ticket?
- Yes, we are upgrading teenagers to adult status for an all-you-can-eat opportunity. You should tell them that. They'll like it.
What if I forget to buy tickets and just show up the day of? Can I still bring my family to eat?
- Of course! Walk-ins are more than welcome. Ticket prices the day of will be $15 for Adults and teenagers, $13 for children 6-12, and free for kids 5 and under.
- Only cash or check will be taken the day of. No Credit Card option Nov. 21st.
